In September 2026, the Horizon Europe research project titled TRANSFER: Evaluation and Research–Policy– Practice Transfer to Promote Equity and Inclusion was launched at our institute under the leadership of Eszter Neumann and with the participation of Marianna Kopasz (PTI); the project focuses on evidence-based decision-making and knowledge transfer processes involving education policy, expertise, and stakeholders.

Eszter Neumann participated in the annual conference of the European Educational Research Association (EERA) between August 17 and 21, 2026. At the conference, Eszter co-facilitated a workshop titled 'Using drama-based research methods to explore how we can build a radically inclusive university'. Additionally, she gave a presentation titled 'Churches’ education policies under Hungarian Christian conservative politics' and took part in a panel discussion on 'Ecologies of education in the contexts of forced migration.

Ágnes Tóth will give a lecture at the conference entitled “80 Jahre nach Flucht und Vertreibung der Deutschen im Kontext des Zweiten Weltkrieges: Historische Bilanzen im Lichte neuer Gewaltmigration” organized by the Zentrum gegen Vertreibung in Wiesbaden on September 16–17, 2026. The title of her lecture is: “The Deportation and Expulsion of the Germans of Hungary.”
