Balázs Dobos's chapter entitled "The elections of minority self-governments, 1994-2024. Legislative Changes and Election Results," co-authored with Tamás Szabó, has been published in the volume Local Elections, Three Decades of Local Governance in Hungary, edited by Ferenc Bódi and Ilona Pálné Kovács, published by Gondolat (in Hungarian, HERE).
The new article by Balázs Dobos on the main features of minority participation at the 2022 Hungarian parliamentary elections is now published in Parlamenti Szemle and is available at HERE (in Hungarian).
Balázs Dobos and Balázs Vizi will attend the international conference entitled "Regional and Ethnoregional Parties in Europe and beyond" organized by the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the ELTE CERS Institute for Regional Studies in Pécs on December 4-5. The titles of their presentations are: Balázs Dobos: The parliamentary representation of minorities: presence, effectiveness, and the problem of evaluation.
